Manopox 337

Manopox 337 is a three-component non-shrinking grout based on epoxy resin with mineral aggregates and fillers, designed for structural repair, anchoring and installation of heavy equipment. After rapid curing, it forms a high-strength material resistant to chemicals and vibrations. Manopox 337 has perfect adhesion to various surfaces with no primer needed.
Use directions
  • Construction of foundations for machine tools and equipment;
  • High-precision installation of industrial equipment by grouting;
  • Filling cavities during the installation of columns, bridge supports, etc.;
  • Repair and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures, such as beams, columns, slabs, stairways, stands, etc.;
  • Restoration of the geometry of reinforced concrete structures, such as cantilevers, supports, and crane runways;
  • Connecting load-bearing reinforced concrete and metal structures;
  • Repair of structures operating in aggressive industrial environments, as well as in maritime climates, such as breakwaters, berths, piers, etc.;
  • Leveling surfaces before installing structures in their final positions;
  • Anchoring bolts, embedded parts, reinforcing bars, cables, etc.;
  • Monolithic sealing of rigid joints in precast reinforced concrete structures, such as between floor slabs and wall panels;
  • Restoration of expansion joint geometry;
  • Filling of contraction joints in floor slabs and foundation slabs.
Advantages
  • Strong adhesion to various substrates, such as concrete, natural stone, ceramics, metal, wood, polymer coatings, etc. Priming is not required in most cases;
  • Non-toxic. Solvent-free;
  • High resistance to chemically aggressive environments: wastewater, seawater, greases and oils, de-icing salts, diluted solutions of acids and alkalis;
  • Exhibits high early and final strength;
  • Resistant to temperature fluctuations, vibration and mechanical loads, impacts, and abrasive effects;
  • Can be applied to damp substrates (up to 6%);
  • No shrinkage, which prevents internal stress in the material, cracks, and promotes uniform load distribution across the substrate.
